The iconic, Portugal's number 1, cliff-surrounded Falésia Beach and its water activities and nearest Golf Courses (Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Balaia Golf Village) are about 20-minute walk from the property (about 2km). The beach is amidst nature and 7km long beginning in Barranco das Belharucas beach to Vilamoura (golden sands, animation on the beach, colorful cliffs and warm water, clean and quiet).

Important information
When you arrive at your apartment you will find one set of towels per person including 2 pieces: one face towel and another one for bath.
You will also find a change of linen in the apartment.
Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done at the end of stay. Additional service can be provided on advanced request and for an extra charge.
Meals: There is no meal option.
Guests must inform us about the number of adults and children and their ages.
After booking Patã Residence will email guests in order to provide instruction for deposit payment (bank wire, credit card oy paypal) and check in details. The balance will be paid in cash at check-in.
Please note that it is necessary the payment of security deposit of €200 that should be made until 7 days before check in, through credit card by secure payment. Security deposit will be refunded until 1 week after check out (on request), and after verifying that there has been no damage in the property nor it's contents (any damaged or missing item must be replaced and/or must be reported, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Please note that the neighboring property has animals and some noise may be heard.
Please note that WiFi is only available at the entrance of the condominium.
With only one card you can move throughout the region using the vast network of intercity transport, whether EVA Transport or Frota Azul Algarve.
The Tourist Pass is available for use for 3 or 7 days, NO TRAVEL LIMIT.

Children and extra beds
One child from 3 to 12 years is charged EUR 35 per person per night. Includes use of extra bed.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 20 per person per night. Inludes a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 2.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

estimated arrival time in advance to arrange check in. Arrivals and departures
between 6pm and 9am will incur in additional costs to be paid in
cash. Arrivals and departures on weekends and holidays will also
incur in additional costs. The fee depends on arrival time, as this is out
of working hours. Late check-out after 10:00 is possible upon request,
subject to availability and for an extra charge. Early check-in before
17:00 is available on request, subject to availability and for an extra
fee.
On arrival in Olhos de Agua,
guests should contact us using the contact details found on the Booking
Confirmation.
